"A Little Box of Birds in a Box", was made by Pam Slattery in 2019. It comprises of a hand-made timber box with brass legs and brass, embossed embellishment on the lid.
A smaller timber box is housed inside the outer box. This box also has a brass embellishment on the lid and is tied with a hand-plaited gold cord. The inner box contains a fixed-in-place, concertina style book of 14 original Australian bird paintings, each one measuring 3 x 2.5 cm and painted in watercolour on Arches watercolour paper.
Only one copy has been produced.
